Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers Placement Sprint, the only paid product on FresherHub, sold by Shahid Kamal, trading as FresherHub. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.

What you pay for

  • Placement Sprint is a one-time payment of ₹299 (INR), made through Razorpay.
  • It unlocks the paid features for 30 days from when the payment is confirmed. Access starts straight away.
  • It does not auto-renew. There is no subscription and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another 30 days.

No refunds once purchased

Placement Sprint is non-refundable once purchased. Because the paid features unlock as soon as your payment is confirmed, we do not give refunds for a change of mind, for days you did not use, for deleting your account, or because you did not get a job, interview or particular score. Please try the free plan before you buy.

When we do return your money

The no-refund rule does not apply in these cases:

  • Duplicate or wrong charge. You were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged an amount other than the price shown. We refund the extra amount.
  • Money debited but Placement Sprint not activated. If a payment fails, your bank or Razorpay usually reverses the amount automatically. If money was taken and Placement Sprint did not unlock within a few hours, email us: we will either activate it or refund the charge in full.
  • Where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy takes away any right to a refund you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How to raise a payment problem

Email support@fresherhub.app from the email on your GitHub account, and include:

  • your GitHub username;
  • the Razorpay payment ID or order ID from your payment receipt;
  • the date and amount of the payment and what went wrong.

If a refund is due, we send it through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. After that, how long it takes to reach your account depends on Razorpay and your bank.

Cancellation

Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel and no future charge to stop. When the 30 days end, your account goes back to the free plan automatically, and your plan, completed actions and progress stay saved. Purchases cannot be cancelled for a refund once made.
