About FresherHub

FresherHub is a career-readiness platform for Indian students and freshers targeting tech roles. It scores your resume, GitHub and projects against a specific role and tells you what to fix first.

Who it is for

Students and freshers in India who want a job in tech and are not sure what is holding them back. It also works for early-career developers and people switching into tech.

You pick one of these roles and FresherHub checks you against it:

  • Backend Developer
  • Frontend Developer
  • Full-Stack Developer
  • Mobile App Developer
  • Data Analyst
  • Data Scientist
  • Data Engineer
  • Machine Learning Engineer
  • AI Engineer (GenAI)
  • DevOps & Cloud Engineer
  • QA Automation Engineer (SDET)

All the roles are tech roles. If you are not from computer science, you can still use FresherHub if you are aiming for one of them.

What we believe

Claims are not evidence

Writing "React" on a resume is a claim. A deployed React project on your GitHub is evidence. We score them differently, the way a recruiter would, and we show you where every piece of evidence came from.

Same inputs, same score

Your readiness score comes from fixed rules: each role's published requirements and weights, and the strength of your evidence. Run it again with the same evidence and you get the same score.

AI explains; it does not score

We use AI to read resumes and to explain results in plain language. AI never picks your score, your gaps or your blockers.

No fake ATS score

We do not show made-up "ATS scores", invented improvement numbers or fake testimonials. Marking a task as done does not raise your score on its own; only new evidence does.

Who runs FresherHub
